To underline words use the Underscore after the word or after three/four letters (width of the underline), for example “The_”, “Lovelet_ter”, “Question_”, just for starters.
The width of the uppercase letters are set to be used as capitals, for full caps some extra space may be needed, otherwise words will look like long and very complex monograms.
Some of the letter pairings are based on heavy kernings, so it’s better the font to be used with softwares that include this feature. Online the kerning may or may not be present, depends on your browser.
